Hello :kap:
I surfed "DIESEL TUNES" website (http://www.dieseltunesperformancechips.com/ ) which claims "a different/safe way to achieve HP/Torque/Economy, with a Chip that basically plugs in and doesn't leave a trace, once removed for servicing".
My 2011 Ram 3500 has approx. 3000 miles on the clock and I'm averaging approx. 10MPG towing a 13,000 lb 5th. If greater economy is safely attainable, I'm interested!
Does anyone have experience with, or heard of credible results obtained with this Chip?
Thanks
Rudy

A chip on a 2011 Ram 3500?

A fail to see how this is a good thing when using a chip is a step backwards in time. My opinion of a chip is that they are an archaic design from the 80s. We do flash tuning with the Ram trucks, we use Ram EFILive, and or a MADS (Smarty) System. That link to Diesel Tunes? if they are number one? I never heard of them, so he needs to step things up and show up in the circles I run with, if he wants to claim number one. Not bashing I'm sure he is good, but he needs to have a show of support in the diesel community is all I'm saying.
