Oh yes Ethanol is causing problems, E10 is a major problem with most small engines (gas that is). In Nov 10' we had over a 1,000 gallons of PHASE SEPARATED Ethanol Blended fuel returned to the local recyclers. Good old diesel shares a common demon (water) but we are able to recover that with filtration and additives.

WOW! That is interesting! We don't have much demand for ethanol in California, so we never here of this.
I brew my own bio-diesel so I have a good idea on the demons with that stuff
