  • Time served: 4years, 1994-1998
  • Places visited: Iceland (UN Air base keflavic), Norway (It was on NatGeo), Japan (Camp Foster, Okinawa), Australia (vacation) All major Marine bases. England and Scotish border, Iquitos Peru.
I was never stationed in one place for more then 3 months and no less then three weeks. I was one of the lucky ones that traveled.

HEY HEY HEY! :smiledown: Just because he is a wing-nut. Does not mean he sucks! The F-4 Was one of my favorite aircrafts! Welcome and Thank you for serving our country!

Had many opertunitys to fly in F15s and F4s but never did [i don't like to fly]we followed the F15s in a C141 or KC10. I did get to hang out with the boom operator on the KC10 and watch him refuel our F15s while we were enroute to holland that was very kool [a job i would not want].

This is a little different,i hope it doesn't get deleted.
I didn't serve.But after i got out of high school i did test for the air force,but i never followed through with it.
My dad did service in the air force in nam. I belive it was in 75/76.I don't know much detailes.He loaded all the bombs,gas bombs,ect. on the planes. He traveled around,from tailand to the states,ending up at McChord air force base in tacoma,Washington.

But as for me i would like to thank all of you for serving this great country.

I probably would have followed through with it but a head on auto accident changed that. I now have a permanent foot injury,and memory problems for the rest of my life.
My dad was always proud of his service.
