I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins in it. When I excelerate you can hear what sounds like a cat screaming or air being let out of a balloon. Anyone know what would cause that?
The Tubo has been replaced, that didn't help. I have replaced the exhaust tubo back and a Smarty with delete kit as well.
Any suggestions/help would be appreciated.....

Something is a miss! My fist idea is to check your turbo for internal issues, such as; lubrication, waste gate, play in the turbine. if everything is fine keep following the trail.

Does this squeal increase with speed? RPM? or with the Turbo?
I'm thinking a boost leak.

Another good point and another area to check.

the faster you accelerate the more noise it makes. the turbo has been replaced and this noise was present prior to replacing the turbo.

Is your intake system stock? Is your turbo stock? If both are stock then they must've forgot to reinstall the silencer ring. The whine is normal, you're not having if it sounds likea jet taxiing down the runway. If it sounds like bearings being worn then have the turbo checked again. Not easy to diagnose a problem on a vehicle unseen, with little information to go by.
