This is not necesarily a diesel question. I've got 190K on my F-250 and I'm in the process of doing my brakes. I'm wondering if I should also change out my bearings as well. I don't see a lot of wear, and it's pretty spendy to change them all out. What do you guys think? How many miles are bearings good for?

Aslong as your always repacking the bearings with fresh grease it will tell you if you need to replace them. They will last you a good long time with maintenance. However; to be on the safe side they should be replaced at a minimum of 250,000 miles. Max is till they show signs of wear. So along as you're looking at them? Make sure they feel smooth, and roll smooth, with no signs of wear. Repack them properly with the proper grease, and then replaced correctly on the hub with proper torque procedure, and you should be fine.
