Engine has vibration, most noticeable at 1k and 2800 rpm. Have run diesel purge, cleaned the MAF and MAP sensor and made sure the EGR and inlet were clean.
Forscan doesnt have any injector details.
Havent performed a leak off test but one injector has a tinny ting instead of a click. Like a hammer on an anvil.
Engine runs smooth elsewhere and vibrations are far less when flooring it.
Sensors read normally but calculated load is at 0, lambda is stuck at 2.0 and only dips when blipping the revs.
Doesnt change with hot or cold engine.
Throttle plate is clean.
Any ideas on a solution or do I have a failing injector?
What other info may help a diagnosis?
