I have a 2004 dodge ram 2500 diesel and I use it for snow plowing. The truck keeps overheating and I don’t know why. It only over heats when the plow is on. I know that there is limited air flow when the plow is on, but it shouldn't be overheating. Even when I ride the plow 2in from the ground it still over heats. The fan shroud had been removed. Does this impact the air flow?

Welcome to diesel forums.
Can you remember the last time the cooling system has been flushed and the thermostat has been replaced?
