    I have a 1996 sierra 3500 6.5 l turbo diesel and I was reading about the soot traps on them. Is it okay to cut it off will it effect Anything fuel mileage wise or power wise. Will it blow more black smoke without that. Because more black smoke is always. Better hahaha. This thanks for the help
