    Hello i have an Honda Accord 97 with Rover 20t2n turbo diesel engine, same as in rover 600 (also basically same car). I have driven car some small trips without problem in about -5 degrees celcius but now it is about -10 to -25 degrees and car starts but after some time it bogs like its starved...
