Default Advice about a possible purchase.

I am 24yrs old and in my new career, and I have started looking for a truck after my first full year of work. I found a 2011 Ford F-350 Lariat that is the color and package that I want. Everything is in great condition but the problem (to me) is it has 125k on it and the previous owner put a tune and dpf delete on it. It is at a dealership where I know the owners very well and I can get an extremely great deal on it if I decide to purchase (like get it at what it cost them). What is everyone's opinion on a truck with over 100k and has had a tune on it, especially on a 6.7. I heard that it is better to buy one that has been deleted if it has higher miles since it would have less stress on the motor, but that was one opinion and I would like more.

Will you be buying it AS IS? or Certified and plated?
Buying with a tune and a DPF delete really doesn't matter as long as this guy hasn't pounded on it.

I would think, to certify it in your area the DPF delete will need to be undone and put back to stock

I would buy it as is. I know the mechanics at the dealership too and he would not sell me something that is in bad condition. Even if it was not deleted I would eventually do it myself.
