Default POOR MILEAGE - Rough Idle ///CARRIER BEARING ???- NEWBIE

04 Dodge 2500 4x4 Auto
Purchased New 88K
AFE Cleaner, 4" exhaust,
Edge back in box for ins. reasons after ECM replacement
75 Gal rear bed tank.

Engine is running rough, and 9-10 MPG when pulling 30 ft RV.
Consistently during 2500 mile trip.
Use to get 15 pulling.
Ran injector cleaner the entire trip.

Air intake sensor (on the manifold) coded
Cleaned and greased side fender grounds.
Pulled the AIS cleaned and inspected.
Pulled and cleaned Mass Air.
Both receiving 5 volts.

Dealer said the injectors looked OK when they looked at it 500 miles ago.

Any suggestions appreciated.

How does one align - center the carrier bearing after installing a new one???
