Default Fender help

The other day, I was driving and my front passenger tire blew. When it did that, it caused damage to my fender. Is there a way to take it off and reshape it??

In many cases, it is better and easier to do it while it is still on the truck.
Depending on how bad it is, if you take it of the truck it may be VERY difficult to put it back on
