Default Alingment problems on a 2WD

I took my 06 3500 in with the front driver side tire wearing of the out side edge (all others look great). I get a call back and am told "we can't align because there is no more camber left to adjust, please come pick it up".

So that leaves me wondering. If I am maxed out what do I need to replace? I have replaced everything but the springs in the last 50K to 80K and all has been good and the shop says it all looks tight. Could the springs be sagging enough to max me out? thinking of all the civics slammed on the ground and killing the tires but those kill the inside because of lowered springs. my wear is on the outside.

Any idea's?

A couple of questions:
Did you just recently buy this truck? The reason I ask... Was it in an accident causing that frame rail to go out of alignment.
Or hit a pot hole hard enough to mess with your alignment.

Maybe try another alignment shop that might have some solutions (tell them your predicament first)

Did you ask them if you can still install offset bushings?
